Erik Reagan is an agency founder, coach, and speaker who helps fellow business owners build companies they love leading — without burning themselves out along the way.

He co-founded the branding agency Focus Lab in 2010 and spent more than a decade growing the company and leading its team. Over time, Erik made the intentional decision to step out of leadership entirely, driven by a desire to build a life and business more aligned with his strengths, energy, and purpose.

Today, through his coaching company Built on Purpose, Erik works with other business owners to help them create sustainable success — the kind rooted in clarity, character, and joy. He’s especially passionate about helping leaders navigate inflection points, whether that’s a team restructure, an identity shift, or a season of burnout.
