For 25+ years Chris successfully led diverse teams in East Asia, Western Europe, and North America.

He is founder & CEO of Luceo Insight, LLC, and a Principal with Adaptive Leaders Inc. He is a Certified Facilitator for “The 6 Types of Working Genius”, Immunity to Change, and Perceptual Intelligence.

Over his career he has been a lawn mower, resident advisor, store manager, magazine journalist, university professor, church pastor, non-profit leader, innovation director, executive coach, and leadership consultant.

He earned an BA from Texas A&M University and a PhD from King’s College London. He lives in Houston (TX, USA) but serves clients around the world.

He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling (40 countries and counting), supporting Arsenal FC and Texas A&M Football, reading, and attempting CrossFit.
