As I sit here in my post-Thanksgiving stretchy pants, I'm especially grateful for the opportunity I have to work with such great people every day with the Bureau. We have the best community, and I try to never forget that. I love seeing everyone jump in to help one another solve problems and share helpful info.

Working on the Down Low
Just can't get enough of work? Does spending time with family and friends seem more onerous than answering emails? Try these tips, like hiding work with frequent bathroom breaks, sitting in the corner, and pretending you need to go take a nap. You could even take the dog for an extended walk. The only limit is your creativity.
These can all work, but seriously, you should take some time off to recharge. This time of year is stressful enough, and you've earned a break. Don't be afraid to unplug once in a while.
Size Matters – Or Does It?
Our culture tends to believe that a good business is always growing, but a lot of the most resilient companies have stayed small. If you're just chasing growth for its own sake, maybe it's time to take stock of what really matters.
Keeping your business manageable can help you focus on what really matters. It keeps you flexible and nimble so you can pounce on the opportunities that come your way. It also helps preserve work/life balance for yourself and your employees. So don't be afraid to celebrate the little guys, and there's no shame if that's you.
2025 Event Guide
For the last few months we've been developing our vision for 2025 events, and we were finally able to announce some of the details! First, we made some changes to support the diverse needs of our membership. You can also reserve spots for $100, which gives you a voice in the planning. Enough of those reservations means we move forward with holding the event in person.
We're planning events around AI, leadership, project management, ops, women's leadership and more! Check out the Bureau website for all the details.
