Val Hinze

With more than 15 years of experience in project management and having held every position within the project management office (PMO), Val Hinze has a unique understanding of its structure and the requirements and needs of each role. Her extensive knowledge and first-hand experience is what enabled her to plan strategically and effectively lead the growth of what is now the largest department at Mighty Citizen.

As Vice President of Client Services, Val spends her days directing the PMO's overall strategy and continually seeking ways to improve and expand the department's capabilities. She also serves as a mentor and guide to team members and is a trusted point of contact for project and client issues. Her passion for continuous improvement, coupled with her commitment to trust and transparency, empowers clients to achieve new levels of success and ensures the PMO team is always happy and supported.

When she’s not thinking of ways to grow and improve our project processes, Val enjoys spending time with her family and venturing around her farm in Round Top, Texas with their black lab (Maverick) in tow.
