Tracey Halvorsen

I am obsessed with making things better through creativity, collaboration and connection. Whether that is a realized in a brand, website, strategy, conversation, company, team or partnership—it is that magical combination of working with other humans to create something amazing that fires me up.

With 25+ years of leading digital marketing and brand transformation, I help organizations—higher education, healthcare, cultural, energy, emerging and beyond—navigate disruption, elevate their brand and messaging, and find ways to engage in more meaningful ways with their audiences. As CEO of adeo, I partner with visionaries, leaders and teams to create brand, messaging, digital experiences, and marketing strategies—that actually say something.

I have led large-scale website design and development projects with esteemed clients such as Yale, the International Spy Museum, Brown University, George Washington's Mount Vernon, Maryland Institute College of Art, Johns Hopkins University, the Walters Art Museum, Kenyon College, among many others.

I've worked on some really fun and innovative projects with organizations like Discovery, UnderArmour, Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum, Animal Planet, Thomas Jefferson's Monticello, Bucknell University and the Baker Artist Awards.
