Andi Graham
Andi is the founder, CEO, and managing partner of Big Sea, a fully distributed marketing agency established in 2005 with roots in St. Petersburg, FL, and Asheville, NC. For nearly two decades, Andi has built story-first websites and marketing campaigns that move people to action, working with clients across just about every industry. These days, Big Sea focuses on partnering with purpose-driven brands looking to make a meaningful impact.
Andi has led teams through digital transformations, created campaigns that have raised millions, and helped organizations sharpen their messaging to truly resonate with their audiences. Over the years, she has served on multiple boards, earned numerous awards, acquired a couple of agencies, and had a great time doing it all alongside business partner Dzuy (who famously avoids social media).
Outside of agency life, Andi is usually texting with a fiercely independent teenage daughter (also known as the world’s worst roommate), spoiling two beloved dogs, and embracing mountain life in Asheville after years on Florida’s Gulf Coast. A survivor of Hurricane Helene (still surviving, to be honest), she traded CrossFit for a Peloton habit and remains hopelessly devoted to the Green Bay Packers.
