Kayla Keizer

Specializing in web and IT projects, Kayla thrives on problem-solving and has a keen eye for the big picture. While her official title is Project Manager, what she truly enjoys is helping her team and clients solve day-to-day challenges to achieve their overarching goals. She am highly motivated, passionate, and believe in creating a positive atmosphere to facilitate teamwork and produce results while enjoying the process.

Currently, Kayla is serving as a Team Lead at Plank digital agency, where she have been for over five years. In this role, she oversees project management, utilize agile methodologies, and maintain a high level of organization to ensure efficiency and success. Her journey in project management spans more than seven years, during which she has honed her skills in relationship building, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. Her early exposure to the tech world at Rogers ignited her passion for technology, which she now combines with her creativity at a web design agency.

Kayla approaches client relationships with positivity, friendliness, and a proactive mindset. Addressing concerns and handling challenges in a calm and reassuring manner is second nature to her. She believes in being a true partner from the beginning to the end of a project, never hesitating to take action at the first sign of a potential issue.

On a personal note, Kayla has a knack for making others laugh and she is a dedicated athlete. She particularly enjoys running in nature with her 3-year-old Boston Terrier Bernard, who has become an honorary member of the Plank team.
