Let's talk possibility, fresh perspectives, power and ways to accelerate growth and change. Women's Leadership Camp brings women leaders together to explore new ideas and solutions. A two-day respite from business as usual, Women’s Leadership Camp is a chance to reset, recharge and renew. Get the answers you need during moderated discussions, unscripted conversations and impromptu moments engaged in fun activities.

Meet Our Special Guests


Avery Swartz is a Toronto-based entrepreneur, tech expert and consultant who helms North Coast Group, a website advisory and digital consultancy. She is the founder and CEO of Camp Tech, the tech workshop company for non-technical people, and hosts the Gather North retreat for women who make the web. A tech correspondent for Canadian media, you may have seen her on CTV’s Your Morning, heard her on CBC radio or read her small business tech column in The Globe and Mail. Avery is an advisor to a number of nonprofits including the Art Canada Institute and Canadian Cancer Society, and is #5 on the Top 50 Women in Marketing list by Search Engine Journal.


Traci Barrett is the Co-Founder of Navigate the Journey and serves as a Leadership and Strategic Consultant. She helps individuals and organizations discover motivations and strengths, build leadership skills, strategize on cultivating business and ultimately, realize their full potential. Traci was part of a small team that launched the national cable television network HGTV: Home & Garden Television in 1994. She helped lead the network to success running their Chicago and Dallas offices for over 17 years. Traci holds a B.A. in Telecommunications & Marketing from Indiana University, and an M.A. in Professional Psychology from the Illinois School of Psychology.

  • Continental breakfast and full lunch on 11/12 and 11/13

  • Closing Reception on 11/13

Plan Your Trip

Arrive Sunday 11/11 by 4:00 PM, so you can join us at our Welcome Reception which begins at 5:30 PM.

We’ll wind things down Tuesday 11/13 with the Closing Reception from 7:00–9:30 PM. Turn in afterwards, or keep the party going with your fellow Campers.

Depart when you’re ready Wednesday 11/14, or stay a few extra days!
