Another spooky season has come and gone, and with it the last vestiges of my new year’s resolution to eat better. November and December are basically a wash, right? But while my diet may be on its last legs, the Bureau is more vibrant and active than ever. I love hearing all about our members’ successes, seeing them help one another with struggles, and the atmosphere of creativity that permeates our discussions.
The Bureau Slack channel is a gold mine of great ideas and valuable resources. I send some of these choice links out in our weekly newsletters, which I highly recommend you sign up for. It’s just once a week! But if you’ve missed it, here are some of the best resources we’ve sent out from our October newsletters.

Clear Digital has a great rundown of how generative AI works and why it’s not yet ready to help you make those all-too-crucial customer connections.
