The Bureau community has always been one of openness, candor and a genuine desire to lift others up. When we set out on this adventure in 2012, we couldn’t have guessed that two dozen digital shop owners—strangers and technically “competitors”—could become trusted allies, confidants and good friends. But that first Bureau event revealed a lasting truth: there’s strength in an open, welcoming community that’s willing to share expertise and solutions to improve our teams, organizations and the industry as a whole.
