Allison Worms is a Project Management Lead at Seer Interactive, a digital marketing agency, where she oversees a team of project managers and drives the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives across multiple platforms and verticals. With over four years of experience in project management, she is passionate about delivering impactful work that creates value for clients and stakeholders.
Certified as a ScrumMaster (CSM) and holding Google certifications in project management and analytics, Allison combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to collaboration, communication, and strategic problem-solving. Her work is grounded in a mission to empower both her team and her clients to achieve their goals through efficient, people-centered project leadership.
Prior to her work at Seer, Allison spent time at a childhood cancer nonprofit, an experience that continues to shape her dedication to service and supporting others. Outside of work, she enjoys running, discovering new Philly restaurants, and catching the latest Netflix docuseries.
