SUNDAY, MAY 19

  • By 5:00 PM : Arrive at Leeds Castle for check-in

  • 6:00 PM : Welcome Reception in the Castle Library

  • 7:00 PM : Dinner in the Castle Dining Room

  • 9:30 PM : After Dinner drinks in Drawing Room

MONDAY, May 20

  • 8:00–10:00 AM : Breakfast

  • 11:00 AM–12:00 PM : Welcome & Introductions

  • 12:00–1:00 PM : Leading Like a CEO and Plotting Your Awesome Future

  • 1:00–2:30 PM : Lunch

  • 2:30–3:45 PM : Cracking the Biz Dev Code

  • 3:45–4:15 PM : Afternoon refreshments

  • 4:15–5:20 PM : Camp Session

  • 5:20–5:30 PM : Wrap Up

  • 6:00 PM : Private Castle Tour

  • 7:00 PM : Dinner in the Castle Dining Room

  • 9:30 PM : After Dinner drinks in Drawing Room

Camp Sessions: As a group, we decide the topics we’d like to dig into deeper, and break out into small groups. Nothing is off limits, so bring your ideas and questions to the table.

TUESDAY, May 21

  • 8:00–10:00 AM : Breakfast

  • 11:00 AM–12:00 PM : Nurturing Team Dynamics for Success

  • 12:00–1:00 PM : Camp Session

  • 1:00–2:30 PM : Lunch

  • 2:30–3:45 PM : Mastering Operational Efficiency

  • 3:45–4:15 PM : Afternoon refreshments

  • 4:15–5:20 PM : Open Skate

  • 5:20–5:30 PM : Wrap Up

  • 6:00 PM : Pre-Dinner Drinks in the Castle Library

  • 7:00 PM : Dinner in the Castle Dining Room

  • 9:30 PM : After Dinner drinks in Drawing Room

WEDNESDAY, May 22

  • 7:30–8:30 AM : Breakfast

  • 9:00 AM : Depart for Tour of London

  • 6:00 PM : Return to Leeds Castle

  • 6:30 PM : Pre-Closing Dinner Drinks in the Castle Library

  • 7:30 PM : Closing Dinner in the Castle Dining Room

  • 9:30 PM : After Dinner drinks in Drawing Room

THURSDAY, May 23

  • 8:00 AM : Breakfast

  • 10:00 AM : Check out

  • Anytime : Head home when you're ready, or stay a few extra days!
