Larry Waddell

The founder and CEO of prism+spire, Larry Waddell , has 12+ years experience as COO and EVP in a digital marketing agency that grew from 38 to 200 professionals. There, he had progressive P&L responsibility for the Analytics, SEO, and then Paid Media divisions, and was the senior executive over the Creative Services team. In his final two years he led Sales & Marketing and throughout his tenure he partnered with account teams and enterprise clients to achieve results.

From launching new agency services, growing future leaders and improving division and agency KPIs, to developing winning "art of the possible" new strategies with clients, we've been there. Done that.

Larry has a MBA from the Wharton School, MA from Pitt and BS Engineering from Lehigh University.
