At Operations Camp, each participant becomes a vital contributor, offering valuable insights and perspectives. Throughout our gathering, we'll delve into the pressing challenges you're currently confronting, fostering collaborative dialogues to collectively devise innovative solutions. Prior to Camp, we proactively engage with all attendees to identify topics that shape our agenda, ensuring that we address the issues that matter most to you. So, rest assured, your concerns will be at the heart of our discussions, empowering you to actively participate and derive maximum value from the experience.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 10

  • By 4:00 PM : Arrive in New Orleans

  • 5:30–7:00 PM : Welcome Reception

  • 7:00 PM : Group Dinners

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 11

  • 9:00–10:30 AM : Breakfast

  • 11:00 AM–1:00 PM : Welcome & Introductions 

  • 1:00–2:30 PM : Lunch

  • 2:30–3:45 PM : How do you Operate?

  • 3:45–4:15 PM : Afternoon break

  • 4:15–5:15 PM : Camp Session

  • 5:15–5:30 PM : Wrap Up

  • 6:00 PM : Unofficial Happy Hour

  • 7:30 PM : Open Dinner

Camp Sessions: As a group, we decide the topics we’d like to dig into deeper, and break out into small groups. Nothing is off limits, so bring your ideas and questions to the table.

TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12

  • 9:00–10:30 AM : Breakfast

  • 11:00 AM–12:00 PM : Metrics & Measurement

  • 12:00–1:00 PM : Camp Session

  • 1:00–2:30 PM : Lunch

  • 2:30–3:45 PM : Growth & Culture

  • 3:45–4:15 PM : Afternoon break

  • 4:15–5:15 PM : Camp Session

  • 5:15–5:30 PM : Wrap Up

  • 6:00 PM : Unofficial Happy Hour

  • 7:30 PM : Open Dinner

WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 13

  • 9:00–10:30 AM : Breakfast

  • 11:00 AM–12:00 PM : Employees

  • 12:00–1:00 PM : Open Skate

  • 1:30–5:00 PM : City Tour

  • 7:00–10:00 PM : Closing Dinner

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 14

  • Anytime : Head home when you're ready, or stay a few extra days! We’ll be happy to arrange any extra days for you with our hotel contact.
