Returning to the Summit for the first time since before the pandemic, Lina is so excited to reconnect with her project management community and share in the energy, insight, and camaraderie that make this gathering so special!

The People Pattern: How Social Science Strengthens Project Strategy

MONDAY, OCTOBER 27
3:00 - 3:10 PM PT

Embedded in every initiative are patterns of human behavior, motivation, and dynamics that, when interpreted properly, provide rich predictive insights.

In this lightning talk, you’ll learn how to approach project leadership like a social scientist: synthesizing qualitative and quantitative signals, uncovering hidden drivers, and translating complex human data into clear, strategic decisions. Drawing from the social sciences, this session introduces powerful frameworks that help project and team leaders see beyond roles and roadmaps — to the real forces shaping outcomes.

Whether you’re navigating executive priorities or uniting teams around user needs, this talk will empower you with science-driven tools to help you lead consistently successful projects with greater vision, empathy, and impact.
