When to Arrive
Leadership Live Day 1 kicks off on Wednesday, September 25 at 8:00 AM Pacific Time with registration and a light breakfast at the Palms Casino Resort, so plan to arrive in Las Vegas any time on Tuesday, September 24, if you aren’t local. We’ll wrap up our time together on Thursday, September 26 around 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Booking Your Hotel
We have secured a room block at Palms Casino Resort, 4321 W. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, Nevada.
PLEASE NOTE: As of 9/3/24, the room block at $119 per night plus resort fee and taxes is SOLD OUT.
If you still plan to attend, you can reserve a room at the current advertised rate. We will send you the reservations link once you purchase your ticket.
Plan Your Trip
You’ll want to fly into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). There are a number of daily, nonstop flights available from many U.S. cities.
Taxis and ride shares are available via Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Palms Casino Resort is a 15-20 minute ride from the airport.
Be sure to check Slack to see who may be at the airport at the same time and share a ride!
