Half-Day Workshop:
I Got 99 Problems: How To Find Solutions To Any Situation

2:00-5:30 pm, Tuesday, SEPTEMBER 4

There’s one thing that we’re never short of as delivery leads, and that’s problems. We have dedicated literally thousands of hours to troubleshooting our projects and it’s easy to get stuck in our ways with how we look at and resolve challenges. Sometimes we can be better problem-spotters than solution-creators.

In this workshop, we’ll tackle some of our trickiest and most persistent problems head-on, all while learning techniques to generate loads of well-rounded ideas which push our boundaries to create innovative solutions.

“I Got 99 Problems” is an interactive 3.5-hour workshop which will help you appreciate why being a problem-spotter isn’t enough. It will encourage you to flex your leadership skills by staying positive when confronted with a challenge and best of all give you loads of no-cost tools to become a problem-solving boss. This workshop is suitable for all delivery leads—client-side, agency-side and in-house.
