Owner Camp Colorado

Running a digital agency is tough. Like many of us, you probably didn’t study business management in school, and you sure as hell don’t have an MBA. Truth be told, you probably consider yourself a designer, developer or strategist who is now inexplicably running a business. Wouldn't it be nice just to get away for a few days to recharge your batteries and talk to your peers? Your real peers?

$4,600 registration fee includes four nights of accommodations and nine meals:

  • Hotel accommodations for the nights of 10/15, 10/16, 10/17, 10/18
  • Welcome reception on 10/15
  • Three days of moderated discussions and breakouts covering a host of topics you help determine
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner on 10/16, 10/17 and 10/18
  • Closing dinner on 10/18

Why You Need to Be There

An Environment for Innovation. Great ideas don’t happen in meetings or in front of a computer. They show up hiking a nature trail, over dinner or under the stars.

Self-Care for Owners. Spend some time away from it all, and come back inspired and energized. It’s amazing how much better solutions are when you take time to recharge.

Success Is in the Conversation. Benefit from a collective conversation with people from different backgrounds, niches and experiences.

Implement Change Right Away. Owner Camp is focused on real, actionable takeaways. So you can start changing things up as soon as you’re back home.

Owner Camp is not about watching people razzle dazzle you with Keynote decks while you check Twitter. It’s a series of moderated discussions where everyone is a presenter. The value of the event lies in the perspectives you absorb from each and every attendee, who are all from diverse backgrounds and industry niches, offering perspectives often outside of your immediate circle of influence.

Potential topics include:

  • Business development
  • Company culture
  • Financial metrics
  • Growth
  • Legal/contracts
  • Strategic planning
  • Tools and processes
  • Working with teams

...and whatever else seems right to you. The goal is to help you solve your challenges, gain inspiration and get back to work with a whole set of ideas to implement immediately.

How Camp is Structured

We’ll pin down the details as we get closer, but the general structure is three days of moderated conversations and breakouts, with plenty of fun, food and time in between to get to know one another.
