Let's Address Your DPM Challenges. Together.

Been to one of our workshops in the past? If yes, you know they're great for sharing ideas, discussing challenges, and picking up new tactics. It's also important to note that the workshop has been revised and includes a fresh agenda, exercises and topics to discuss. So, if you've been before and found value, you might want to come back again when we come to your city.

  • 1:00-1:15 pm Introductions
  • 1:15-3:00 pm Group Project Estimating Exercise
  • 3:00-3:20 pm Break
  • 3:20-4:45 pm Group Project Planning Exercise
  • 4:45-5:45 pm Project Scenarios and Challenges Discussion
  • 6:00-7:00 pm  Happy Hour

Managing digital projects can be tough, but it doesn't have to be. Whether you're a Project Manager, Designer, or Developer, you use different processes, tools, and tactics to make things happen. You care about delivering quality—on time and under budget. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. But there are some tactics you can employ to manage your digital projects with success. This workshop will provide an opportunity to share ideas, learn from others, and discuss the challenges we all face.

One Size DOes Not Fit All

Projects are journeys. We’ll discuss the things that can cause project heartburn: identifying and understanding project stakeholders, moderating feedback, keeping clients happy, keeping teams engaged, conquering difficult conversations, keeping budgets intact, and more. We’ll share ideas, talk about our experiences, and discuss the various methods we use to deliver digital products.

After the event, join us for a happy hour, where we can continue the conversation and find ways to continue to build the DPM community together.
