The first thing you'll realize when you attend Owner Summit is that you're not alone navigating the waters of running a digital agency.

The second thing you'll realize is the people who attend Owner Summit aren't your competitors—they're your allies. And that's what makes Owner Summit different. You'll leave with a support system to lean on long after we part ways.

And this year, you'll have a voice in everything we do. As soon as you buy your ticket, we'll ask you questions to find out more about who you are and what matters most to you.

Here are the top 10 topics that your contemporaries have already said they care about the most. You'll get to cast your vote as soon as you grab your ticket.

  • Business Development
  • Leadership Strategies
  • Process
  • Team Structures & Dynamics
  • Marketing
  • Success Metrics
  • Pricing Models
  • Culture
  • State of the Industry
  • Scoping and Estimating

And one topic we'll always focus on is diversity and inclusion

Your Speakers

We've recruited a great group of speakers and moderators to bring the topics you care about most to life. These folks will present keynotes and presentations, moderate Camp Sessions, and participate in panels over the course of two days. Some of them will even make time for one-on-one conversations with attendees.

Your Master of Ceremonies

Running a digital agency of any size is exhausting. But there is always this feeling…this belief…this hope that you’re on the right path.

That’s why we couldn’t think of anyone better to guide us through the journey of Owner Summit 2017. Meet your Master of Ceremonies, the Inspiration Architect himself, Doc Waller.

Known for energizing others, Doc has made a name for himself as a performance artist, writer and director. With a career that spans from dance companies to national television, he most recently served as the executive artistic director and founder of an Alabama nonprofit Arts organization, The Layman Group, which focuses on nurturing the talents of young artists.

Though we’ve known Doc personally for years, he crashed into the Bureau universe at Digital PM Summit 2016. We were cracking up as he explained the importance of being a “super human” vs. being “superhuman.” And though he protested and changed his phone number three times, he finally agreed to give us more of his optimistic approach by joining us in San Diego.

Who's attending?

Since the purpose of Owner Summit is working together to share, learn and improve what we do, we thought you'd like to see who you'll be connecting with. We'll be adding new shops to the gallery weekly. Hopefully that includes yours.

Creating Our Future Together

Let's not talk about diversity, let's make it happen. Through ticket sales, we've raised over $5,000 for Girl Develop It, a nonprofit that provides affordable and judgment-free classes for women to learn developmentThen we'll connect them with shops in the Bureau community to help get their new careers underway.

But that's only part of the effort. We will also be welcoming shops owned by those that are underrepresented in the Bureau community. And we'll do that by offering tickets to those owners that might not otherwise attend.

With your help, we will connect the dots that make all of us stronger.
