Owner Camp 015 Sonoma Valley
What is Owner Camp?
Running a digital agency is tough. Like many of us, you probably didn’t study business management in school, and you sure as hell don’t have an MBA. Truth be told, you probably consider yourself a designer, developer, or strategist who is now inexplicably running a business. Wouldn't it be nice just to get away for a few days to recharge your batteries and talk to your peers? Your real peers?
- Hotel accommodations for the nights of 11/12, 11/13, 11/14, 11/15
- Welcome reception on 11/12
- Three days of moderated discussions and breakouts covering a host of topics you determine
- Continental breakfast and full lunch on 11/13 and 11/14
- Spectacular closing dinner on 11/15
TOPICS YOU CARE ABOUT, CONVERSATIONS YOU DIRECT
Owner Camp is not about watching people razzle dazzle you with Keynote decks while you check Twitter. It’s a series of moderated discussions where everyone is a presenter. The value of the event lies in the perspectives you absorb from each and every attendee, who are from diverse backgrounds and industry niches, offering perspectives often outside of your immediate circle of influence.
Potential discussion topics include:
- Business Development
- Company culture
- Financial metrics
- Strategic planning
- Tools & processes
- Working with teams
...and whatever else seems right to you. The goal is to help you solve your challenges, gain inspiration, and get back to work with a whole set of ideas to implement immediately.
Who else will be there?
Since the purpose of Owner Camp is working together to share, learn and improve what we do, we thought you'd like to see a few of the kick ass companies you'll be connecting with.
WE KEEP IT REAL
Discussions are open, honest, and frank, and everyone participates. Owner Camp is not about a single person standing in the front of a room, presenting while you scribble notes. It's a series of moderated, candid conversations.
Our camps normally sell out more than a month in advance, so if you're interested don't wait too long to apply.
